Consumption

1. How often should I drink bird's nest?

Our body can efficiently absorb 3 grams of dried bird's nest per day. You can choose to drink a bottle of 3 grams bird's nest or 2 bottles of 1.5 grams, morning and night. 

2. Any benefits if consume daily?

Consistency is key! Bird's nest contains sialic acid and epidermal growth factor protein. Daily consumption of bird's nest helps to stimulate cell growth, boost immunity and anti-aging. Read more here!

3. How should I ingest for the best result?

Consume us either early morning or before bed on empty stomach for better absorption.

4. Can mom-to-be safely consume?

We recommend consuming only after the first trimester until 6 months postpartum. This helps in the development of your newborn and helps improve the mother’s immunity and stretch marks recovery.




Storage

1. How long do I need to consume after receiving?

There’s no preservative added as our bird's nest are only cooked upon order. So, it’s best to keep us refrigerated and consume within 14 days upon receipt.

2. How should I store it?

It’s best to keep us refrigerated or store us under a cool temperature (0-6 degrees) to retain our freshness and texture.

3. What should I do if I can’t finish once opened?

We highly recommend keeping us refrigerated and consume it within 24 hours.




Order and Delivery

1. Where does your delivery cover?

Good news! We are now extended our delivery coverage to the whole West Malaysia!

For Klang Valley delivery, you can place your order directly through our website. If you still could not find your address when placing orders, please feel free to reach out to us here.

For outstation delivery, please place your order through WhatsApp for delivery arrangement.

2. How much will delivery cost?

Klang Valley: We provide free delivery within 20km radius (as stated here) otherwise RM20 flat rate will be applied. All orders will be delivered through Lalamove/Mr. Speedy

Other States: We offer a flat rate of RM35, please contact us to check on the delivery address. All orders will be delivered through a chilled delivery service to preserve the product's peak freshness and texture.

3. When can I receive my order?

As our bird's nest are cooked upon order, you could expect to receive it within 1-3 business days.

4. Can I reschedule my delivery date?

Kindly reach out to us 3 business days before your selected date. If your order has been processed and transferred to our delivery partners, we would not be able to make changes.

5. Can I make an order and deliver it to more than one location?

Yes, you can. Kindly contact us to check out for the fare charges.

6. Is self pick-up available?

Yes. Please reach out to us to make arrangements.

3. When will I be charged?

You will be billed upon the subscription date. The subsequent bill will be charged on the same date every month.

4. Can I change my subscription plan or my personalised options?

Yes, we are always happy to help you find the plan that suits you best. Please email us your details at cheers@ladycece.co. All changes will start on the following month.

5. What is the delivery charges for subscribers?

We provide complimentary delivery to our monthly subscribers!

6. Can I have my subscription to deliver to 2 addresses?

Unfortunately we only deliver to one address for each subscription plan. 

7. Can I pause/cancel my subscription plan?

We are sorry to see you go! We provide full flexibility for our subscription plan. Please email as at cheers@ladycece.co one month in advance prior to your intention for cancellation for us to make the necessary changes.
