Return & Refund Policy



Return policy

We have a 24-hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a product exchange if:-
• Incorrect order received
• Missing items
• Damaged items during delivery

Exchange Policy

By default, you will be provided with an exchange for the returned product. In the event that the item is out of stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item, or receive a refund on the purchase (refer refund policy below). For exchange to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchange to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.

To be eligible for an exchange, you need to fulfill all the condition stated below:-
• Your email request with photos must be sent to cheers@ladycece.co within 24 hours of delivery to ensure that the photos were taken accurately reflect the condition of the product when they arrived at your address.
• The items must be returned in its original condition when we deliver your replacement items.

The following items are final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged:-
• Greeting card
• Sales items

Refunds policy

We apology that all CECE’s products are non-refundable unless the returned item is out of stock. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If your request is approved, the refund will automatically be credited to your payment card within 21 working days.

Please read and understand our store’s returns, exchange, and refund policy before any purchase. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
